Responsibilities
Partner with your internal team and external clients to create training plans for client organizations that are geared towards all levels, from entry-level employees to executives
Develop training materials, including videos, presentations, handouts, and other collateral to train users on UKG technologies
Coordinate and deliver trainings to clients, using your presentation skills to effectively communicate the content and earn their buy-in of the new software
Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate the effectiveness of sessions delivered
Build long-term and trusted relationships with our clients to guide them through their training launch
Maintaining target utilization rate
Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
Develops trainings and roadmaps strategic objectives to help clients maximize the value of their UKG system
Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients
Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business
Qualification
Required
1+ years of training or HR experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Skillset in design, video editing, or writing copy
Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Experience in a customer-facing consulting role
Familiarity with HRIS technology
