This role supports both the Regulatory/Document Control and Laboratory Technical teams, providing hands-on experience in regulatory and laboratory functions while contributing to meaningful projects that support innovation.

Responsibilities
Assist with sample creation, primarily for color-related projects
Perform analytical testing including:
Brix
Viscosity
Bulk Density
Specific Gravity
Colorimetry
Support recipe testing and potential new recipe development
Maintain lab cleanliness and equipment (daily cleaning, bench wipe-downs, machine sanitation)
Replenish lab ingredients and supplies, and pull finished product samples from production as needed
Assist with TraceGains uploads for ingredient documentation
Create and update final product specifications
Support documentation-related special projects based on current priorities
Coordinate and compile formula information
Provide general support including collecting missing information and assisting with basic regulatory tasks
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in both regulatory documentation and hands-on lab work
