The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for an experienced professional to manage and oversee language programming for CBN International. This role involves ensuring that all productions meet ministry objectives and maintaining excellence across multiple studios.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the production of live and pre-recorded TV programs for global ministry audiences

Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and production timelines for international media projects

Oversee staff, contractors, and the production coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations

Write, create, produce, and edit programs, testimonies, and development segments

Coordinate crews, equipment, facilities, and travel logistics for domestic and international shoots

Ensure all productions meet legal standards, stay on budget, and align with ministry objectives

Collaborate closely with Social Media, Digital Media, Development, and Departmental Team managers to maintain strategic alignment and efficient project execution

Support web and social media outreach efforts and monitor audience feedback after broadcasts

Build and manage relationships with partners; acquire new content and represent the network at conferences

Assist the international division with goal setting, operational tasks, and organizational networking

Maintain accurate records, formats, and production documentation

Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission
