Qualification
Required
Facilities maintenance or construction experience
HVAC Certified
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Computer use will be necessary to order supplies, complete documents/forms or to join virtual meetings
Maintenance staff typically uses own basic maintenance tools
Preferred
Previous experience supervising or leading others
