Contractor Program/Project Manager

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFCs, Coordinate with various teams to gather input and address concerns
Attend RFC Related meeting to include pre-coordination, concept review, and TEMs
Facilitate RFC review and approval processes
Validate RFCs for completeness and consistency
Review RFCs for alignment with company goals and objectives
Identify and address potential issues or concerns
Develop and maintain comprehensive RFC documentation
Establish and update tracking systems to monitor RFC progress
Provide status updates associated with all RFCs at the weekly staff meeting
Provide training and support to colleagues on RFC process best practices
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams
Analyze RFC process effectiveness and efficiency
Develop strategies to improve the RFC process

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
8-12 years of project/program management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs with complex integration requirements
Proven experience with NITFS RFC Process
Experience with requirements and configuration management tools and processes
Demonstrated experience in risk management, metrics development, and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required

Preferred

PMP certification strongly preferred
