New Grad, Entry LevelMIDWAY PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. is seeking an OT Cyber Security Technician for a junior level position responsible for integrating and maintaining cyber security related to manufacturing equipment. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams and plant personnel to mitigate cyber security risks and ensure compliance with protocols.

Responsibilities
Install cell level firewalls, cable infrastructure and other electrical controls equipment under supervision
Help engineers update PLC’s, HMI’s and other OT related firmware
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure appropriate OT security controls are implemented
Develop and maintain effective cybersecurity policies and procedures for the OT environment
Work with vendors and plant personnel to ensure cybersecurity best practices are implemented and maintained across the MPG organization
Participate in incident response and emergency response efforts as needed
Perform ongoing assessments and monitoring of the OT environment to identify and mitigate potential cyber security risks
Qualification
Required
Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, electrical engineering or related field
Strong understanding of networking protocols and architectures
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations
Experience with security controls and technologies commonly used in OT environment
Strong understanding of industrial control systems
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
Electrical controls background preferred, or willingness to learn in that field
Allen Bradely/Rockwell experience
Good written & verbal communication skills
Team Player, including cross functional/departmental
