The ideal candidate will design eye-catching graphics, write engaging content, and schedule posts across various platforms using social media planning tools.

Responsibilities
Design high-quality, branded social media graphics using Canva
Create engaging content (captions, short-form text, and creative ideas) tailored to each platform
Plan, schedule, and publish posts using social media scheduling tools/planners
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, ideas, and campaign requirements
Monitor trends, best practices, and industry updates to improve performance
Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to monthly posting calendars
Assist with basic community management (optional—add/remove based on your need)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Canva Designer Social/ Media Executive
Strong skills in Canva (templates, animations, reels, carousels, etc.)
Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Excellent written English and creativity in caption/content writing
Ability to plan and schedule content using tools like Meta Planner, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
A portfolio of social media designs is a plus
Preferred
Basic video editing skills
Knowledge of social media analytics
Experience with branding and visual identity design
