Settlement Attorney
Intero Real Estate Services is seeking a Settlement Attorney to conduct closings and supervise settlement processes. The role involves preparing legal documents, reviewing title commitments, and assisting with marketing efforts and business development.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, trust documents, title abstract reports, and any other legal documents relevant to conducting settlements and insuring title
Review title commitments for accuracy
Clear and resolve title curative matters
Assist processors with questions regarding legal and curative matters
Answer client questions pertaining to title insurance
Conduct settlements
Present educational courses
Assist with business development
Qualification
Required
Must have an understanding of title operations, underwriting and state guidelines
Must be a licensed attorney in the state in which the position is located
Must have a title insurance license or the ability to obtain one
Preferred
2+ years of real estate legal experience preferred
