Responsibilities

Responsible for leading a team of 100+ engineers with direct reporting Managers enabling delivery of products at manufacturing sites including Olathe, Deer Valley, Mississauga, Ottawa, Cambridge, Norcross, Urbana, and Glendale
Leverage multiyear site based strategic roadmaps to build world-class capabilities within our factories that maximize the return on investment of your team with $15M+ annual budget responsibility (CapEx/Momentum)
Develop a high performing team and drive employee engagement across the network
Drive positive changes to realize our vision to be the go-to team for automation, digitization, technology, product, and process innovation
Enable safe delivery of quality products on time to our customers, working at high velocity across the entire value stream
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or a related field
8 years of experience in either manufacturing engineering, advanced technologies or product development
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S

Proven track record of delivering results on a macro scale
Experience leading a team with direct line reporting responsibility
Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills managing multiple stakeholders

Balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence
Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment

Advanced degree in engineering or business
