Responsibilities

Dive deep into TPMS-specific industries (e.g., automotive aftermarket, fleet management, specialty vehicle sectors) to identify high-potential customers; analyze their business models, operational needs, and unmet demands to build targeted outreach strategies
Develop and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and needs assessment—turning leads into loyal, high-value partners
Lead technical-commercial communication with customers: bridge our product capabilities (e.g., advanced TPMS sensors, data integration features) with their technical requirements, design customized solutions, and present end-to-end proposals that highlight clear value (e.g., cost savings, safety compliance, operational efficiency)
Own the full customer journey from initial contact to solution delivery—ensure alignment with internal teams (R&D, production) to meet customer expectations and drive repeat business

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience specifically in the TPMS industry (familiarity with TPMS product lines, market trends, and customer pain points is non-negotiable)
Strong ability to translate technical product details into customer-centric value propositions; comfort collaborating with technical teams to refine solutions
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented—with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-lasting customer relationships

Preferred

10+ years of experience in the U.S. automotive aftermarket —understanding of U.S. market regulations (e.g., FMVSS 138), distribution channels, and customer preferences will be a significant advantage
