They are seeking an Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant who will design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, gather business requirements, and provide support and training to users.

Responsibilities
Design and architect Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, focusing on specific modules like Finance (GL, AP, AR), HCM
Elicit and define business and functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications for developers
Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and operational efficiency
Act as the project lead for small-scale projects, enhancements, and application releases, coordinating teams and driving successful delivery
Coordinate the assessment and testing of Oracle quarterly releases, performing impact analysis and verifying new features and bug fixes
Serve as the strategic interface, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, business users, and the Oracle support team to ensure solutions meet business objectives
Provide functional expertise, support, and training to business users, acting as a subject matter expert for the Oracle ERP suite
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, policies, procedures, test scripts, and training materials
Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring system reliability and integrity
Implement best practices to improve system functionality, reliability, and security, continuously learning about new advancements in Oracle's offerings
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically in Finance (GL, AP, AR), HCM
Experience in strategic design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
Ability to elicit and define business and functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications
Experience in configuring Oracle Cloud ERP modules to meet business needs
Project leadership experience for small-scale projects, enhancements, and application releases
Experience in coordinating assessment and testing of Oracle quarterly releases
Ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, business users, and the Oracle support team
Functional expertise in providing support and training to business users
Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including process flows, policies, procedures, test scripts, and training materials
Ability to diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Cloud applications
Experience in implementing best practices to improve system functionality, reliability, and security
