Responsibilities

Develop automation solutions using Python to streamline processes and dataflows that may connect to Microsoft or Google products (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate, GCP, etc.)

Integrate APIs to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability

Utilize RPA tools (such as Power Automate and Python) to automate repetitive tasks

Implement AI-driven solutions including large language models (LLMs) and other artificial intelligence-based solutions, to enhance automation capabilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation business process automations

Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions optimizing performance and resolving issues as needed utilizing root-cause analysis

Stay up to date with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and digital transformation

Required

Bachelor's degree OR 6 months of successful experience in another role within ConstructConnect OR demonstrable skills or 2+ years of experience in a related field

1-3 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer with demonstrable experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps preferred

Proficiency in Python or a similar general-purpose language for automation and data manipulation

Experience working with APIs and consuming API

Knowledge of RPA tools (Power Automate, Selenium, Beautiful Soup)

Familiarity with AI/ML models and their application in automation workflows

Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services

Knowledge of data processing and ETL workflows

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize automation solutions

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
