Responsibilities

Own a book of business, with accountability for revenue, margin, retention, and expansion
Lead end-to-end creation and delivery of advanced AI model training datasets
Own day-to-day customer relationships with foundation model companies, leading life sciences organizations, and research labs and act as a trusted execution partner
Coordinate distributed teams of clinical and life sciences experts
Maintain high quality standards through strong guidelines and QA processes
Support deal scoping, pricing, and expansions in partnership with senior leaders
Improve operational systems to increase speed, quality, and consistency

Required

2–4 years owning outcomes in operations, consulting, strategy, or client-facing roles
Strong executor who enjoys owning complex projects end-to-end

Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Able to operate independently with accountability and urgency
Interested in developing commercial and leadership skills over time
