Sales and Business Development Lead

They are seeking a high-performing Strategic Sales and Business Development Executive to lead their expansion in the U.S. gaming and casino industry, focusing on driving new business across their innovative solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the U.S. gaming and casinos vertical, targeting casino operators, gaming platforms, and related fintech/payments entities
Drive new business development and revenue growth by identifying and converting high-potential prospects
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure, including partner channel development where relevant
Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers (C-Suite, GMs, CTOs, Payments Directors) across the gaming industry
Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Solutions, Product Development, and Project Management teams to deliver tailored client solutions
Support the definition and execution of go-to-market strategies specific to the gaming sector
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM updates (Salesforce)
Represent CompoSecure at industry events, conferences, and trade shows relevant to gaming and payments
Qualification
Required
Existing network of contacts within the U.S. casino, iGaming, or gaming-adjacent fintech ecosystem
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to gaming and payments (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS)
Experience selling into tribal casinos, large resort operators, or mobile betting platforms is a plus
Proven experience selling to or working with casino operators, gaming platforms, or regulated gaming/payment service providers in the U.S
Knowledge of card issuance, digital wallets, multi-factor authentication, and secure payment technologies is an advantage
Track record of building and closing significant revenue-generating deals in a B2B or enterprise sales model
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a simple and compelling way to diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and dynamic customer environments
Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and digital collaboration tools
