CN is a premium railroad committed to safety and service, seeking an Intern in Emergency Management. The intern will support the Crisis Leadership Group in developing crisis management protocols and enhancing organizational resilience through various responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Support the development of CN's Crisis Response Playbooks
Assist in reviewing, updating, and standardizing CN Police and Corporate Security protocols
Benchmark CN's practices against industry standards and regulatory requirements
Assist with the preparation of department communications (e.g., gather subjects, help with the drafting and revision of the texts)
Enhance organizational resilience through risk scenario planning
Improve internal and external communication strategies for crisis situations
Qualification
Required
Demonstrates active listening
Applies analytical thinking to make recommendations that pursue sustainable performance
Inspires others with impactful communications and adapts to the audience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of business impact analysis, crisis management, risk analysis, incident management, emergency response, emergency management notification systems
Fluently bilingual, both written and verbal (English, French)
Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Emergency Management, or related field
