The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating pipeline, booking meetings, and expanding the company's reach into new industry verticals through personalized outbound efforts.

Responsibilities
Prospect into target accounts using highly personalized outbound
Run cold calls, emails, and multi-touch sequences to book qualified meetings
Educate founders, executives, and senior leaders on the value of the platform
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to prioritize accounts and verticals
Build and maintain account-specific POVs and messaging
Convert inbound leads and outbound outreach into qualified opportunities
Consistently hit activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
Keep Salesforce clean and up to date with all prospect activity
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of professional sales experience
At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience in full-UI SaaS platforms (CRMs, PM tools, ERPs)
Proven outbound prospecting experience
Comfortable cold calling and handling objections
High energy, competitive, and self-motivated
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently and manage your own pipeline
Preferred
Experience selling into multiple industry verticals
Prior startup or high-growth company experience
History of being a top performer on an SDR or sales team
Interest in growing into an AE role over time
