Managing project timelines
Assigning resources and tracking progress
Inspecting work for quality and adherence to specifications
Interacting with clients and internal teams to facilitate clear communication
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Knowledge of Inspection and quality assurance processes in construction or glazing projects
Proficiency in managing and coordinating project timelines and tasks to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Familiarity with glazing materials and processes, specifically those with Florida Product Approvals
Understanding of job costing and calculating costs to complete
Experience with change orders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines
High school diploma or construction experience is required
Strong intrapersonal skills required
