Responsibilities

Perform investment monitoring of individual company investments and conduct analysis of existing portfolio companies
Conduct value-enhancing analyses for existing portfolio companies
Work with the investment team to carry out due diligence efforts for prospective investments
Prepare and present ongoing quantitative analysis, including financial models, investment memorandums, and Investment Committee presentations
Conduct in-depth sector research and analysis, monitoring industry trends through data analysis and market intelligence
Interact with team members, portfolio companies’ senior management teams, and external advisors/consultants while executing responsibilities

Required

2–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, hedge funds, or other modeling-intensive / Excel-heavy roles
Must have experience in FIG and familiarity with banks or other financial institutions
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong financial modeling capabilities
Bachelor's degree required, with preference for finance, accounting, or a related field
Solid understanding of investment concepts, financial strategies, and industry terminology
Strong grasp of accounting principles and M&A fundamentals
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with high attention to detail
