Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Program Development and Management, Outreach Services, Community Impact, Volunteer Training and Development
Strong background in Community Engagement and Community Development
Capability in Strategic Planning to align programs with organizational goals and outcomes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, social media and managing social media platforms and work collaboratively
Passion for empowering women and advancing economic equity
Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, social work, or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience working within community-focused non-profits is highly desirable
