Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting Credit Unions and Community Banks

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients and industry partners

Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities aligned with our AI and GRC solutions

Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs

Drive sales growth through effective negotiation and strategic planning

Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility

Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Monitor industry trends to keep the company ahead of technological advancements

Required

Experience in doing consultative selling and professional services selling with Credit Unions and Community Banks

Proven experience in business development within the Credit Unions, Community Banks, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance sectors

Proven experience in business development within the financial technology or AI sectors

Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees preferred

Prior experience working with Credit Unions or Community Banks is highly desirable

Knowledgeable in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance related AI and Data Analytic solutions and use cases such as Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), Document processing automation using AI solutions, Customer Onboarding, KYC, Risk assessment, Transaction monitoring, Anti Money Laundering AI solutions, Fraud Detection, Advanced Data Analytics solutions, Personalized Customer experience and support using conversational AI, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing, Loan and Insurance Underwriting, Claims Processing etc
