Responsibilities

Manage recurring and one-time expenses, ensuring timely payments and proper account funding
Review invoices, document bills, and integrate clients into the Bill Payment platform
Prepare monthly or quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports
Track investments, monitor liquidity, and ensure compliance with funding requirements
Oversee payments for lines of credit, loans, and insurance premiums
Work with tax accountants to manage tax payments and ensure regulatory compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of accounting experience within a family office, private wealth management, or alternative investments
Proficient in Excel, financial reporting, and general ledger management
Experience supporting alternative asset class investments and personal tax compliance
Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a client-facing role within public accounting, a multi-family office, or a single-family office

Preferred

CPA strongly preferred
Experience in AgilLink or similar accounting software preferred
