Responsibilities

Proactively pitch stories, interviews, and feature opportunities to media outlets including CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, and relevant podcasts

Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, producers, editors, and podcast hosts across financial, consumer, and tech verticals

Secure consistent media placements to increase visibility of leadership and brand portfolio

Create and lead an integrated media strategy for a publicly traded company, aligning with quarterly earnings, product launches, and crypto initiatives

Serve as a key point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring all messaging is clear, compliant, and strategically aligned

Develop all press materials including press releases, media kits, backgrounders, and talking points

Identify opportunities for executives to participate in industry panels, podcasts, and thought leadership articles

Position the company as a go-to expert in both the consumer product and cryptocurrency spaces

Write and distribute regular communications including press releases, blog content, and executive op-eds

Collaborate with the internal marketing team to amplify media exposure across digital channels (social media, newsletters, investor updates)
