This role drives cost efficiency, service excellence, and total cost of ownership improvements within the Procurement organization.

Oversee end-to-end contract operations from creation to award
Align with sourcing and procurement teams to deliver cost savings and performance excellence
Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and compliance
Lead negotiation strategies and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Management, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of related experience with capital, O&M, and labor budgets
Strong leadership, communication, and contract management skills

Preferred

MBA

Experience leading large teams
