Aspen Standard Wealth is building a national RIA platform and is seeking an AI Lead to apply automation and AI across their business. This role focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and improve revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

Map and analyze business processes across the organization to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation

Develop a clear plan and “heat map” of where AI can drive the greatest cost, productivity, experience, and revenue impact

Apply existing AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce process steps, and improve operational efficiency

Partner closely with leaders and teams across functions to understand operational needs and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions

Measure, track, and report on the results and impact of AI and automation initiatives

Required

2–5 years of professional experience leading or championing AI, automation, or process optimization initiatives within a business

Demonstrated ability to measure and report on the outcomes of implemented solutions

Innovation – You generate and apply novel ideas that create value by challenging assumptions

Business Insights - You understand how the business creates value and how long-term decisions affect customers, economics, and outcomes
