They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Construction

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects from startup through completion
Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and coordinate with superintendents and field teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure performance, quality, and safety
Review and negotiate subcontract agreements, change orders, and scope clarifications
Track project costs, approve invoices, and maintain accurate job cost reporting
Coordinate with General Contractors & Fabricators
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety standards, and company policies
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to company leadership
Drive problem-solving in the field to keep projects moving efficiently

Required

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
Ability to work full-time on-site in the DFW area

Preferred

Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar preferred)
