Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks for digital asset activities across the enterprise, including tokenization, custody, and trading

Advise business and control partners on product development, risk assessments, and compliance requirements

Collaborate on design and implementation of surveillance and monitoring controls specific to digital assets

Engage with regulators (e.g., the Fed, OCC, FDIC, SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, NYDFS) and industry groups on regulatory requirements and expectations

Coordinate internal governance, testing, training, and reporting on digital asset compliance initiatives

Serve as subject matter expert and advisor across the firm on digital assets compliance matters

Required

Experience with blockchain analytics and digital asset trading platforms, execution venues, custodians, and DeFi engagement models
