Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day leader and mentor for agents in the Macclenny office
Foster a professional, collaborative, and mentorship-driven office culture
Lead weekly in-office team meetings
Act as a trusted resource for agents, leveraging internal systems and GroupMe for support
Recruit a minimum of one new agent per month, with a preference for experienced agents
Build and grow a productive agent team under the Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty umbrella
Onboard, mentor, and coach agents for productivity, professionalism, and long-term retention
Promote the value of Coldwell Banker’s global brand, systems, and tools to prospective recruits
Generate income through:
Agent and team commission overrides
Recruiting bonuses
Personal and/or team production (optional, not required)
Focus on building scalable, sustainable production through leadership rather than solo sales
Represent Coldwell Banker Anabasis Realty at:
Job fairs
Baker County Chamber of Commerce events
Local networking and community functions
Strengthen the brokerage’s local presence and reputation in Baker County
Ensure agents follow brokerage, brand, and state standards
Utilize established offer review and transaction systems (management handles final review)
Partner with leadership on agent performance, discipline, and compliance matters
Collaborate with transaction coordination and administrative support provided by the brokerage
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license
Minimum 3 years of real estate experience
Proven leadership ability (team lead, mentor, manager, or informal leader)
Preferred
Strong local reputation and relationships within Baker County
Tech-savvy and comfortable teaching CRM and systems (training provided)
Collaborative, approachable, and mentorship-driven leadership style
Broker license not required
