Managing and overseeing the Programs and Outreach Services at Dress for Success Palm Beaches

Developing and implementing impactful programs

Managing program outcomes, creating strategic plans, and ensuring project execution

Collaborating with referral agencies, volunteers and community groups to extend the reach of the organization's mission

Overseeing the daily operations of the programming team and providing impactful community outreach services

Required

Proven expertise in Program and Volunteer Management. Volunteer and Program Development to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives effectively

Proficiency in outcomes, monthly reports, and Strategic Planning to efficiently allocate resources and drive organizational growth

Strong Project Management skills to lead and execute multiple initiatives successfully within deadlines

Exceptional communication, leadership, social media and interpersonal abilities to foster teamwork, market programs and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services, or a related field is required
