Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues
Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Administrator
Qualification
Required
HR Director Experience Required
Long Term Care Experience Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Leadership qualities required
LTC/SNF experience required
