Responsibilities

Design and solve real-world order management and trade coordination scenarios to evaluate and enhance AI reasoning
Write structured, detailed workflows covering order entry, verification, shipment tracking, and fulfillment reporting
Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, process alignment, and clarity in trade and logistics operations
Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model comprehension of trade documentation, vendor communication, and supply chain data processes

Required

4+ years of experience as an Order Clerk, Operations Coordinator, or Trade Support Specialist in wholesale trade, logistics, or supply chain environments

Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline preferred
