Responsibilities

Design and solve real-world retail management and operations scenarios to test AI reasoning
Write clear, structured solutions covering inventory management, staffing, merchandising, and performance optimization
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clarity, operational accuracy, and business relevance
Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding of leadership communication, supply chain processes, and retail analytics

Required

4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Retail Leader

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, or Retail Management preferred
