Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Search and Social Media subject-matter experts through coaching, training, and performance accountability

Establish playbooks, standards, and testing frameworks that drive consistent execution and strong outcomes

Audit account structure and performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements aligned with platform best practices

Maintain strong oversight of analytics, KPIs, pacing, and forecasting across the DTC portfolio

Required

Proven DTC performance media leadership experience, including strong analytics, metrics, pacing, and forecasting

Hands on, in platform expertise in Google Ads and Meta, able to audit and optimize directly in platform and review team work

Strong communication skills and executive presence, comfortable leading client conversations and internal alignment

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high accountability

Preferred

Background in performance focused specialty shops preferred, not a large holding company generalist profile

Experience with Skai, Pacvue, or similar platforms is a plus
