2+ years expBIG B HVAC is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, quality control, and ensure compliance with building codes while coordinating with in-house teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Review HVAC shop drawings and coordinate closely with in-house sketchers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications
Visit Job site and communicate field conditions with the sketchers
Track and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and project progression
Oversee project schedules and quality control
Assist other team members, project managers, and estimators to maintain smooth project communication and coordination
Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with NYC and Tri-State building codes and industry standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications
Prepare and review construction estimates, contracts, and change orders to maintain profitability
Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct occasional on-site visits as needed (majority of work can be done remotely)
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of prior experience in Building HVAC or MEP projects
Strong proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (Highly Preferred)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience reviewing sheet metal and hydronic shop drawings
Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment
Experience working with HVAC / Mechanical Contractors
Familiarity with residential and commercial HVAC systems
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously
Preferred
Hindi Speaking (Big Plus)
