Responsibilities
Experience with the use of various inspection tools and the related calibration procedures (where applicable)
Capability of completing first article inspections & completing related forms as necessary
Familiar and capable to work with various inspection equipment (i.e. Optical comparator, profilometer, thread gages, height gages, etc.…)
CMM exp not necessary but is very useful
Strong with GD & T tolerances
Strong math skills
Good ability to read and interpret information on blueprints
Good computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.…)
Familiarity with Gage R & R studies
Good track record of punctuality and dependability
Good references
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience
Experience with the use of various inspection tools and the related calibration procedures (where applicable)
