Systems Engineer
Snohomish County PUD is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage servers, workstations, storage, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and applications. The role involves implementing new systems, maintaining existing systems, and ensuring the security and performance of the District's infrastructure.

Responsibilities
The Systems Administration Engineer II manages servers, workstations, storage, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and applications
This position is accountable for implementation of new systems, maintenance of existing systems including any necessary system enhancements, and their decommissioning
This role will assist with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of critical infrastructure and security related issues that impact business operations
This position safeguards the recoverability, performance, compliance, and security of District infrastructure and is key to ensuring that the information systems necessary to fulfill the District's mission are highly available
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Two (2) years of related Information Technology experience for System Engineer II
Six (6) years of directly related Information Technology experience for System Engineer II
Four (4) years of related Information Technology experience for System Engineer III
Eight (8) years of directly related Information Technology experience for System Engineer III
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
