Strong Functional Knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM modules like Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits Administration, Compensation , Performance Management, Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Time & Labor, Absence Management and Self Service
Expertise in job data management, guided services, onboarding activity guide, position management and hire/rehire/termination of employees and temp workers
Strong knowledge in Payroll processing, tax update, on cycle/off cycle runs and monthly/quarterly/yearly Payroll reporting
Comprehensive knowledge of Benefit Eligibility rules, Event rules, Benefit Plans, Benefit Rates, Calculation rules, Coverage formula and Benefit Program, job data management, guided services, position management and hire/rehire/termination of employees
Expertise in Managing PTF, AWE set up and configuration, Related Content Service management and design and development of Forms
