Provides functional area support, documentation and training for business applications
Acts as a skilled functional representative from business process and system usage perspective
Participates as an active team member on Business Applications team and collaborates on solutions and enhancements for use in business systems

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
Knowledge of MS office applications
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
