Technical Manager /Technical PM with 10 years’ experience, having hands on .NET and AWS experience
NET- 5 years development experience, AWS - 2 years hands on experience
Exposure of working on various assignments & contributing to support/enhancement
An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & people skills. Strong analytical
A single point of contact for both Internal and external stakeholders for the Business and Technology funded projects and maintained effective communication with the working team
Responsible for managing and governing the project schedule to ensure the team is in line with the schedule. Raise alert proactively to all the stakeholders and Sr Management if the team is off schedule
Reporting - Effectively Created and reported Project health status Including the Project Schedule, Finance Burn Down charts, Change requests and Raid Management
Experience in managing agile projects - Coaching and mentoring agile team members. Implementation of Agile metrics and reporting, resulting in better visibility and transparency into project status, risks, and issues
Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop Agile Road maps and backlogs, resulting in the delivery of high-value features and products that meet customer needs
