Enterprise Account Executive
Neet Sheets is a B2B company focused on reducing workplace injuries and improving operational efficiency in hotels. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales into Medium, Large, and Mega hotels, shaping the sales process and engaging with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales process for Medium, Large, and Mega hotels
Engage decision-makers across operations, safety/HR, finance, and procurement
Run strategic, personalized outreach (account-based selling—not volume spam)
Lead demos, pilots, and rollouts in collaboration with the founding team
Navigate procurement, contract review, and enterprise buying processes
Close complex deals and expand from pilot → property → portfolio
Clearly communicate needs back to the team (materials, proof points, pricing guardrails)
Help define and refine Neet Sheets’ enterprise sales motion as our first non-founder seller
Qualification
Required
Experience selling into Medium, Large, or Mega hotels
Organized, organized, and organized
Proven success navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Comfortable with long, non-linear sales cycles
Strong communicator who can operate with incomplete data
Self-starter who does not need daily direction to be effective
Familiarity with: Slack
Familiarity with: Notion (CRM or deal tracking)
Familiarity with: Office 365 (email + calendar)
Familiarity with: Dropbox
Preferred
Hospitality or operations background
Experience selling physical products into enterprise environments
Familiarity with safety, labor, or injury-reduction selling
Experience helping define early sales processes
