Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the successful completion of all tasks in an assigned program area with annual revenues exceeding $10M

Manage enterprise network O&M operations for a large-scale secure network

Direct tasking and provide leadership to the Network, System, Cybersecurity, Configuration Management, and Service Desk Teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Deliver technical insights and guidance to customers on IT policy, infrastructure, and network design

Provide directional oversight and management of three enterprise data centers

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Education: Master's Degree

Experience: 10+ years of SOF IT experience or enterprise-level IT network management

Technical Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI

Skills and Abilities: Exceptional communication and briefing skills, particularly when presenting to senior government officials (General Officer or SES equivalent)

Preferred

Master's Degree in a related field

ITIL Certification

PMP Certification (required, but preferred mastery and application)
