Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more
Work on everything from oil changes to complete overhauls
Ensure each unit is safe, tuned, and ready for action
Collaborate with a team that shares your passion for powersports
Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with powersports or small engines (motorcycles, ATVs, etc.)
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
A team player with a great attitude and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Powersports shop experience required
Clean driving record and required
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Basic tools required
Preferred
Certification or formal training is a plus, but passion and skill go a long way
MMI or similar trade school training preferred
