In this role, you will support the Efficacy Research team by executing research analysis projects and collaborating with colleagues across various functions to enhance K-12 curriculum programs.

Responsibilities
Execute and report on efficacy research analysis projects. Prepare data, conduct analysis, create a report, and present findings to key stakeholders on a project by the end of the internship
Collaborate with colleagues to support the creation of additional research documentation such as efficacy research reports, K-12 educational white papers, and logic models
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a Ph.D. or Master's degree program in Educational Psychology, Data Science, Learning Science, Psychometrics, or related field
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
Knowledge in Python, R, SPSS, and/or SQL
Knowledge of scientific writing and communication
Motivated and enthusiastic about educational research
Excellent communication skills and excited to learn in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Exposure to Bayesian modeling or computational psychometrics
Experience with matching analyses (e.g., PSM analysis)
Experience with Tableau or similar tools
