Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the location
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns
Document and report any observed irregularities, including property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences, according to company protocols
Work closely with site personnel and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance, maintaining a professional presence at all times
Operate communication devices and security-related technology as required for monitoring and incident response
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
