Responsibilities

Collaborate with the academic design team to structure and organize onboarding materials and training resources into a cohesive digital program
Assist in the creation, editing, and formatting of training materials, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding
Conduct research to identify best practices for digital training suites and incorporate innovative design elements
Work with subject matter experts to gather, review, and refine content for accuracy and relevance
Utilize digital tools and platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems, content management systems) to upload, organize, and maintain training materials
Support the team in testing and troubleshooting the digital training suite to ensure functionality and ease of use
Present the completed suite of tools to over 400 academic designers

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in education or training (e.g., LMS, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks
Strong initiative and desire to meet, engage, and learn from a variety of employees across the United States
Interest in instructional design, online learning, and educational technology

Preferred

Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing
Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital platforms
Familiarity with online onboarding processes or training methodologies
