Responsibilities

A&P Spend Management: Track actual A&P expenditures at the lowest level for 19 brands within the LUXE Division. Identify variances against budget and latest estimates. Ensure data integrity, including proper PO coding and accruals
Reporting & Analytics: Ensure the timely delivery of comprehensive A&P tracking process, provide insightful variance analysis, and contribute to robust A&P Latest Estimates (LEs), striving for high data accuracy and forecast improvements
Strategic Business Partner: Act as a proactive and trusted finance partner to Marketing/Brand Teams and Brand Controllers, providing timely financial information, support, and challenging assumptions as needed to ensure value-driven decisions
Expertise & Standardization: Establish an expertise in the A&I spend across the Luxe Division and create standard processes across all 19 brands
Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve existing A&P financial processes, reporting cadences, and tracking methodologies. Proactively develop and implement new analytical reports or dashboards to enhance A&P visibility, analysis and efficiency
Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and provide solutions that improve financial accuracy and operational flow
Special Projects: Perform ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
6-8 years of experience working in finance
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, with experience in financial systems like SAP
A proactive, team-player mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
