Responsibilities
Support the planning, creation, and execution of digital content strategy and community engagement efforts
Attend events, film on location, and connect with the audience
Capture moments, tell stories, and ensure consistent, on-brand communication
Schedule posts, document client experiences, and cover community events
Boost engagement, grow visibility, and foster authentic connections
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree (or current enrollment in a bachelor's program) preferred
Experience in content creation and social media management
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, SproutSocial)
Strong writing and communication skills in English; Spanish a plus
Friendly, confident, and approachable; able to initiate conversations, engage comfortably with people in person, and appear on camera as needed
Strong visual sensibility—able to identify what's on-brand and visually appealing
Organized, dependable, and proactive with good time management
Comfortable working at multiple locations and attending occasional weekend/evening events
Preferred
Experience in social media, public speaking, content creation, or customer-facing roles preferred
Bonus: Canva, Adobe tools, basic editing skills, or drone experience
