Responsibilities

Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters

Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors

Assist with loading and unloading work trucks

Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe

Assist with job site set up and tear down

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation

Clean record with the ability to pass various background checks

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS, DRUG & ALCOHOL SCREENING, AND DRIVING RECORD CHECKS

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, comfortable in smaller spaces such as attics/basements, comfortable working in varying home conditions and temperatures
