Responsibilities

Manage a team of Business Banking Officers to develop relationships with qualified prospects and identify opportunities to convert them to customers
Develop creative ways to cultivate new business from existing customers
Generate, retain, and expand lending, investment and deposit relationships with new and existing customers through referrals, centers of influence and direct prospecting
May be assigned larger, more complex client relationships

Required

Ten years' experience in a business development position in the financial services industry
4-year degree in Business, Finance or related field

Strong negotiating, sales and relationship building skills
Well-developed communication skills
Prior supervisory experience leading a sales team
Demonstrated PC skills
Membership in civic and professional organizations
