Responsibilities
Experience in mechanical piping and/or plumbing fabrication (Shop or field)
Must be knowledgeable of commercial and industrial piping systems
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, isometrics, shop details and follow fabrication specifications
Fabricate mechanical and plumbing piping system in a controlled shop environment
Perform grooving, threading, soldering, brazing, and welding, as applicable
Accurately cut, prep, assemble and fit piping such as carbon steel, cooper, stainless, PVC, cast iron etc
Coordinate with shop foreman and BIM department to meet fabrication schedules
Maintain shop organization, safety and quality standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in mechanical piping and/or plumbing fabrication (Shop or field)
