Responsibilities
Candidates will be performing various functions in the vault including: pulling files, putting files away or quality control
They will verify the loan files were filed in the correct locations
They will be walking all day and climbing step stools as needed
If a file is missing they will search the remainder of that shelf
If not present they will research the file in the computer to find clues as to where it could have been misplaced
Clues include where the file was last seen, files that were brought in at the same time as missing file, checking on desks and under desks, checking carts, etc
Qualification
Required
Entry level position
Ability to perform various functions in the vault including pulling files, putting files away or quality control
Ability to verify loan files were filed in the correct locations
Ability to walk all day and climb step stools as needed
Ability to search for missing files and research them in the computer
Ability to check on desks and under desks, checking carts, etc
